Rama Prabha

Rama Prabha, who was the veteran in Telugu movies. She belongs to Andhra Pradesh, India and born in Madanapalle on May 5, 1947. She was well-known Telugu actress for comic and supporting roles and made over 1400 movies. She has been made the noted pair with a great comedian onscreen during the 1970s and 80s, Raja Babu, and this successful pair has given many memorable scenes.

She made a different mark in Tollywood. Furthermore, this on-screen actress trusts that if she had shown up onscreen in lead roles, she would have vanished earlier. She had also featured one Hindi film that was against Mehmood in Do Phool.

Prabha was also credited as an artist who imparted screen with all leading superstars of the industry and her acting career spans about 5 decades. She also worked in Shanti Nilayam opposite Nagesh and so on in other films started from 1968. She began her career in the late 1960s and from then she is active in Telugu film industry till now. She was starred against Padmanabham who is a well-recognized star in her debut movie.

It would be like neglecting if movies done by this excellent actress not stated. She had worked mostly in Telugu films but tried her career in Hindi and Tamil movies. She did Telugu movies such as Chilaka Gorinka, Akka Chellelu, Vichitra Bandham, Badi Panthulu, Idi Kathakaadu, Patnam Vachina Pativrathalu, and much more. Hindi movies were done by her such as Do Phool and Rani and Japan. Tamil movies–Tulum Oliyum, Thirumalai Thenkumari, 47 Natkal, pee Kari, Anbukku Naan Adimai. Her recent releases are Bengal Tiger, Vinavayya Ramayya, and Temper.

She is also an expert in classical dancing. Because of her uncle and aunt invest most of the time in traveling, it disturbed her studies, however, it helped her to be close to nature and environment. Her dream was not entering into film industry but due to a sudden demise of her uncle made stepped into movies.
