Having hair like Cinderella and Rapunzel is a dream for all girls. Even when we watch tv, the girls who play adds to the hair products seem to be flawless. Well, that is their work, but it is not like that your hair can bear every product which is shown on the television. Instead, some of those are very harsh over hair and seriously damage them.



According to my study, most of the branded products have such harsh chemicals which are not good for our hair. Avoid silicones, sulfates, and alcohols in your shampoo and conditioner.  Here are mentioned few extremely useful tips to maintain your healthy hair and looks good. ? But the thing is that you must follow them without getting lazy.

So here it goes-

1.            Keep Safe your hair



You must protect your hair from sun, dirt, pollution, wind and even rain. Being exposed to the sun, dirt, heat, pollution, etc. result in intense damages to the hair. Coming in contact with all of these may lead to dirt build up, scalp infection, dry hair, and scalp, etc. So, when you go out, please cover your hair with an umbrella or a hat, even a piece of cloth (dupatta) will work.

2.            Friendly with wet hair



Wet hair breaks easily because of being fragile. You should not comb your hair when they are wet. When shampooing, don’t get too harsh to your scalp as the shaft and the roots of your hair have a tendency of sustaining damage when they are wet.


3.            Don’t wash hair regularly



Do you wash your hair regularly? If so please avoid, because, washing it every day makes your hair dry and removes all natural oil from the hair. Natural oil is very essential to keep your hair healthy. Give your hair some rest by skipping washing. ? If want, can wash 2 days in a week, add one day more in summer.


4.            Use Same line Shampoo and Conditioner



Select a shampoo and conditioner of the same brand to maintain healthy hair instead of using two different brands. They are meant for a specific type of hair and contains some same ingredients which actually match with each other and gives better results.

5.            Avoid heating on your hair



Yes, heat damages hairs by making them dry and frizzy. I know that by using this your hair looks fabulous, but friends use when needed. Overuse of hair iron may burn your hair. Rather, if you use straightener/iron, please don’t forget to use hair protection.

6.            Avoid tight hair bands



Don’t use too tight hair bands because it tends to pull back your hair, which may cause breakage due to friction. Instead, you can tie your hair with a cloth strip.

7.            Apple cider vinegar



This can be used as pre and post shampoo treatment to avoid breaking and also to add shine to your hair. Apple Cider vinegar is the best to maintain healthy hair.

8.            Use Honey For hair conditioning



Yes! Honey has the properties that moisturize the hair and conditioning. It has the antibacterial property which nourishes your scalp and washes dandruff. It won’t even leave a stickiness on your hair because it is water soluble.

9.            Try to rinse hair with cold water



Hot water effects exactly the same as ironing. It removes essential natural oil from the hair and leads to the breaking and dryness of hair. Cold water helps in sealing moisture and shine, also it locks the conditioning agents.


10.          Coconut oil is amazing for hair




Coconut oil helps in moisturizing your hair. Apply till the ends from the roots one day before wash. Don’t use much that your hair becomes too greasy. You just have to do a massage of your hair with loose hands.

So above were some of the useful hair care tips which you should follow, if you want your fabulous and healthy hair back.  There are more things which are not very good, but the above, we do often.
